Getting Started: How to Use F*^k Aging!
F*^k Aging! has two main tools: a reconstitution calculator for injectable peptides, and a scheduler for planning and tracking everything you take — peptides, nootropics, and supplements alike. Here’s how to get the most out of both, plus how to install the site as an app on your phone.
1. Install it as an app on your phone
The site is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can add it to your home screen and use it like a native app — full screen, no browser bar, and with support for reminder notifications.
On iPhone (Safari):
- Open the site in Safari.
- Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right.
On Android (Chrome):
- Open the site in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- Confirm by tapping Install.
2. Tracking injectable peptides
Head to the Calculator page. Pick a peptide from Quick Select to auto-fill common values, or enter your own vial size, BAC water volume, and desired dose. The calculator works out your concentration and exactly how many units to draw.
Once you’re happy with a result, tap + Add to Schedule to save it — you’ll pick which days and time of day (AM/PM) it applies to, and it’ll show up automatically on your Schedule from then on.
3. Tracking nootropics and supplements
Nootropics and oral supplements don’t need reconstitution math, so they’re added directly from the Schedule page. Tap + Add, choose Oral as the type, then pick Nootropic or Supplement as the category. Use Quick Select to auto-fill a common dose, or enter your own amount and unit (mg, g, IU, capsule, etc.), then choose your days and time of day.
4. Using the Schedule views
The Schedule page has three tabs: Today shows exactly what’s due today, split into AM and PM; Weekly gives you the full week at a glance; and My Items lists everything you’ve added, where you can edit or delete individual items. If you’ve enabled notifications, you’ll also get reminders around your scheduled times.
