F*^k Aging!

Drink Less. Live More.

This isn’t AA and it isn’t sobriety evangelism. Most guys here don’t identify as having a drinking problem — they just know they’re drinking more than they’d like, and want a clearer picture of what that actually adds up to.

If cutting back feels physically difficult, that’s different

These tools are for anyone who wants a clearer picture of their drinking, not a plan for quitting. If you drink heavily and daily, and feel shaky, sweaty, anxious, or unwell when you stop or cut back, that can mean physical dependence — and stopping abruptly or tapering on your own can be medically dangerous in that case. That’s a conversation for a doctor, not a self-directed schedule from a website. It’s a genuinely common situation and not a moral failing.
